Job Type: Full-time, permanent Working Hours: Weekly, rotating between 08:00 & 20:00 + some Saturdays Location: Kings Hill, Kent + hybrid once fully trained Salary: £21,481 - £26,068 pa + quarterly bonus scheme Do you enjoy being part of a friendly team who form a bond to achieve a common goal? Manpower are recruiting permanent Customer Consultants to be based at their Kings Hill offices near Maidstone in Kent. What you'll be doing… Talking to and helping people from all walks of life who find themselves in financial difficultyBy asking questions and listening you will work with a customer to understand their situation
Making informed decisions collaboratively with customers to provide appropriate solutions
Creating appropriate repayment plans that help customers towards financial recovery
Providing support and clear guidance to customers on incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Demonstrating a good understanding of the regulatory guidance
