The Role:
The firm is looking for a Property Litigation associate 2-5 years PQE to join their thriving L-500 Dispute Resolution department out of their Chester office.
You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including residential and commercial disputes.
You will join a renowned Litigation department, which has won numerous awards and accolades. This highly skilled team is headed up by heavy-hitting Partners who have stellar individual reputations and rankings in the legal directories. This role has come about due to significant growth in the team, making for an exciting time to join as their reputation continues to grow in the North West and beyond.
The team deals with a broad range of disputes including; Dilapidation claims/boundary disputes/easements and covenants/ L&T Act notices and associated possession claims/break notices/property related professional negligence claims/injunctions against trespassers/land based agricultural disputes including AHA tenancies and partnership disputes.
This is a standout opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly reputable, regional law firm in Chester. Requirements:
- You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- You will be commercially minded and will enjoy business development and marketing
