You’ll be entrusted to:
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to each swimmer's needs
- Ensure the safe use and provision of all equipment
- Maintain safety standards in every lesson
- Identify participants' abilities and encourage their potential
- Explain and demonstrate swimming techniques
- Correct faults and suggest performance improvements
Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit if you...
- Hold a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2
- Are a strong swimmer
- Possess or are willing to obtain RLSS UK NPLQ or NRASTC, or STA Safety qualifications (training provided free of charge)
- Bring enthusiasm and a big smile
- Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy engaging with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Are willing to go the extra mile to help your team achieve targets
- Are a team player
