Job DescriptionRole: 1st / 2nd Line IT EngineerLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £23,000 – £28,000 DOEOur client, a successful family run business (since the 1980’s!) are growing their team and looking for an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to help support their internal user base and assist with current and future IT projects.Responsibilities:Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base of 200+Log, triage and resolve incoming ticketsBuild, maintain and install hardware across the officeSoftware support including installationManage user accounts, giving access and permissions where necessaryEnsuring efficient running’s of all IT equipmentAsset management, ensuring it is kept up-to-dateTechnical Skillset:Active Directory / Group Policies Microsoft Office SuiteCloud platforms (Azure Entra ID)Office applications including SharePoint, PowerShell, IntuneExchangeKnowledge with virtual servers is desired but not essentialBenefits:Employee Assistance ProgrammeFree parking on siteStaff discountsDiscounted Gym membershipCycle to work scheme23 Days Holiday, plus bank holidaysEmployee recognition awardsThe role would be suitable for someone that is passionate about all things IT, you are enthusiastic and love to bring new idea’s to the table!
