Excellent opportunity for a 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support Administrator to join our clients very well established company in Nuneaton.You'll be given the chance to enhance your skill set further. The main responsibilities of the role are to make sure that a high level of Customer Service and Technical Support are provided to customers.
Individuals with experience of electrical or hydraulic products would really stand out in this role, as would individuals who have previous experience of providing support with technical products.

Responsibilities
Provide first and second level support through taking calls and handling service requests
Provide customers with regular updates on the progress of their requests
Track, route and redirect problems to the correct department or Account Manager
Providing a first class customer support and administration experience
Provide regular updates to key stake holders and management teams
All general Administration
Dealing with queries in an effective and timely manner
Liaise with internal departments in order to provide the highest level of customer support
Key Skills
Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ideally come from a technical or customer support background
Strong IT skills
Ability to work well in a team or individually
Provide comprehensive customer service and administration support
Provide solutions to customers technical problems
Be able to think on your feet.
