Nicholas Scott is working with an outstanding US law firm who is looking for an associate to join their Litigation & International Arbitration team which has been ranked in Tier 1 by both independent directories: Chambers UK and Legal 500.

Although based in London the team have argued matters in major arbitration centres and courts all over the world. They combine their arbitration and litigation departments and regularly advocate in arbitrations without the use of external counsel.
The group focuses on high value complex litigation cases and international arbitration. The associates in the team are given a great deal of autonomy and encouraged to do their own advocacy, even those at the junior level are empowered to bean active contributor.
We are looking for a mid-level associate between 2-4 PQE ideally with another top UK or US firm. You will be knowledgeable in arbitration and litigation disputes under both English and EU law.
