2nd Line IT Support Engineer
I am working on behalf of a Large local MSP who are looking to grow their team by adding a 2nd Line Engineer. This vacancy presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a reputable company with an established client base and take their career to the next level.
Overview
- Salary Ranging from £30,000 - £35,000
- Every other Friday off
- Swansea based
- Training provided including certifications.
- Enhanced Pension

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Located within a commutable distance to Swansea.
- Full Clean UK Driving License.
- Strong Knowledge of Office 365.
- Strong Knowledge of Server Support.
- Experience within Microsoft Azure Services.
- Experience of leading a team of Engineers.
- Over 3 years relevant experience.
Description
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers.
- Install and configure hardware and software systems.
- Respond to client and customer queries and providing technical support.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
- Monitor server performance and solving issues as they arise.
- Implementing and managing cloud based servers.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Responding to and escalating tickets.
- Carry out onsite assistance when required,
