An exciting opportunity has arisen with our outstanding client on the outskirts of Farnborough, who are recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Network Analyst to join their growing tech team on a permanent basis.
This role is being offered on a Hybrid basis.

Candidates will need to have strong experience of Network technologies and experience of working within an MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering IT Service management and networking support to the full estate of customers, and the provisioning, maintenance, and support of all solutions.
Responsible for internal IT structure which boasts multiple software platforms, critical hardware and user support.
Supporting Office 365 applications and systems.
Proactively responding to calls from the ticketing system.
Providing support and guidance to 1st Line Support team.
Required Skills & Experience:
Network support experience or an equivalent certification (eg, CompTIA Network+ or CCNA)
Experience within an MSP environment.
Highly motivated, confident, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
Genuine passion for solving IT related incidents.
Ability to operate within a fast-moving company where internal processes are always evolving.
Able to adapt and showcase a desire for always delivering outstanding customer service.

Starting salary will range between 33-35k depending on experience.
