Work on both the network and systemsBe the point of call for 2nd Line issues, assisting first line technical support analysts.Problem analysis and resolution to the customers satisfactionSupporting and maintaining Infrastructure systems – VOIP and Linux Operating SystemsLease with Field EngineersGet involved with various projects, assisting the Team LeaderMaintain ownership of customers problems and be proactive during the life cycle of the ticket until resolved O365 Understanding/ ExperienceVOIP/PBX SystemsR&S Skills (Ideally Mikrotik) Between £25,000 – £50,000 Base (DOE)
