3rd Line Application Support - £39k - Liverpool - 1 day in office a week + great benefits package

The role is to provide 3rd-line application support to just under 2000 end users, you will need to have an understanding of ITIL principles and know how to upgrade applications. Ideally, some experience working with finance systems is also beneficial. Responsibilities include:
Providing technical support to end users, resolving incidents and requests within agreed SLAs
Be the product owner and expert on a range of business applications, developing them to ensure that system functionality is closely aligned to business processes.
Lead on the implementation of new systems and modules, ensuring that the appropriate change/project management frameworks are followed and resolve any problems following any implementations, including data conversion issues and other migration matters.
