Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Role: 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst / Infrastructure Support

One of my best clients are looking to take on an experienced 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on a permanent basis. This person will be responsible for providing 3rd line and infrastructure support over 200 internal staff based both on-site and remotely. This role is based on site.

This person will be accustomed to working in a fast paced and dynamic service desk environment, answering tickets, and troubleshooting through to resolution. This person will also have a strong background in IT Support with a minimum of 4 years commercial experience and will be motivated by excellent customer service.

My client's IT department works in an ITIL environment so prior experience of this nature would be highly beneficial. Experience leading porjects would also be beneficial to your application.

Experience with the following is crucial:
Windows 10
Windows & HP Server
Active Directory
Azure
Exchange
TCP/IP, vLAN and DNS/DHCP
Firewalls (ideally Sophos)
PowerShell / VBScript
MDM
VMware or other virtual environments
Desirable skills:
Leadership / Small Team Management experience
ITIL V3 or V4 certification
MS SQL
