3rd/4th Line Infrastructure Support Manager
95% Remote
Contract, Inside IR35, 3 months initially, very likely to extend
Up to £450 a day to an umbrella company

We are currently seeking a 3rd/4th Line Infrastructure Support Manager to lead our client's experienced team of technical support professionals. This is a key management role that requires a blend of strong leadership and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of technical support processes and procedures.
As a 3rd/4th Line Infrastructure Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical support professionals, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, and that the team is operating at the highest possible level. You will be responsible for setting priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring that the team is meeting all of its targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of technical support professionals, providing leadership and guidance on all technical issues.
Set priorities, manage workflows, and ensure that the team is meeting all of its targets and KPIs.
Ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, and that the team is operating at the highest possible level.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as required.

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a management role within an enterprise-scale technical support environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Deep understanding of technical support processes and procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical issues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
