Job Title: HRIS Specialist/HR Assistant Work Location: Panama City FL Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager FLSA Status: NonExempt Job Summary: Central Moloney seeks a motivated and detailoriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role supports the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks with a focus on HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos/UKG or similar HRIS software and be eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the administration of HR policies procedures and programs. Maintain and update HRIS databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Process new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding sessions. Assist with employee relations issues and guide HR policies. Generate HR reports and metrics as needed. Assist employees with benefits inquiries. Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations. Support payroll processing and timekeeping functions using Kronos/UKG or similar systems. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems. Maintain employee files including setting up new hire files general filing and termination files. Maintain communication throughout the plant: virtual and physical postings/updates. Provide administrative support to the Plant Director and handle adhoc tasks as needed. Qualifications: 13 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Kronos/UKG; experience with configuration is highly preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint). Physical and Environmental Requirements: Office environment within a manufacturing facility. Must be able to sit stand walk and use a computer for extended periods.
