This is a progressive firm that offer excellent training, development and support.
The team deals with a wide range of disputes for both commercial and individual clients. The litigation matters include business disputes, professional negligence, banking and finance litigation, property and construction litigation, contentious probate, IP and insolvency litigation.
This particular role will focus on professional negligence and commercial litigation. You will ideally have experience in both of those areas. You will manage your own caseload as well as provide support to two partners and an associate.
Business development will also be an important element of the role, and that will include attending networking and marketing events.
