Job Description: They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Advising on inheritance tax planning and estate administration
- Managing probate applications and estate distribution
- Offering tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals on complex estate planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters efficiently and effectively
- Provide high-quality, client-centered advice to a varied client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with clear, concise, and accurate legal guidance
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law
- Contribute to the firm's business development activities by engaging with potential clients and networking within the community
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in private client work
- Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
