They are seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide internal support to over 200 users, working primarily onsite. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with helpdesk engineering experience who is eager to broaden their skills in Azure, Modern Workplace, and participate in various projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support 200+ internal users
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows systems, Active Directory, printers, and laptops
- Opportunity to engage in Azure, Modern Workplace, and various IT projects for more experienced team members
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Helpdesk engineering
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Azure or End User Computing (EUC)
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between £35,000 - £40,000
