We are currently seeking a hard-working individual to join the team of the Accident Repairs department with Royal Mail’s Fleet division in Chesterfield. Main duties: Dealing with vehicle repair requests via email, deciding on the quickest and most cost-effective repair route Inbox management Database management Arranging vehicle movements VOR chasing (vehicle off the road) Desirable Experience: Motor claims experience Experience working within the accident repair industry Experience working within a Fleet environment Essential Experience Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook Experience working in a fast-paced administrative team Professional and confident telephone manner Ability to work off own initiative Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information: You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm. After the initial training period hybrid working will be offered, where you will be able to work from home 2 days per week. The role is being offered on an ongoing temporary basis and will be paid at £12 per hour.
