Job Summary: In this role the Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining key partnerships to drive continued revenue growth from our large slot portfolio and other product offerings. The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, detailed and communicative with a proactive attitude to help the business grow in the US. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for High 5 Games partners. Ideally you have a background in account management, sales or even direct customer service in iGaming. This candidate will have a way of developing relationships with our clients and will always find ways to creatively manage partnerships for long term success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a suite of clients acting as their main point of contact and managing the day-to-day relationship, utilizing High 5 Games tools and resources to support the partnerships.
  • An expert in High 5 Games product: covering the entire company products, solutions and value proposition offering.
  • Proactively identify, plan and execute client growth enablers, that will secure the company’s strategic long-term position and growth objectives, through product knowledge and consistent communication.
  • Build strong and long lasting fruitful and trustful relationships with all key partner contacts and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with key partners, with a purpose to drive product stickiness, revenue growth and ROI.
  • Managing budget processes and forecasting for relevant accounts with highest possible accuracy and quality assurance, that supports the company financial planning, and strategy objectives.
  • Meet or exceed client performance KPIs.
  • Organize, attend, and represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to iGaming Operators
  • Be a world class ambassador for the Company, and always act with a professional attitude.


Education & Experience:

  • Prior experience working in account management, sales or even direct customer service in iGaming across any relevant online (digital) industry and sector or in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within the iGaming industry
  • Experience managing key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving established revenue targets
  • A successful track record in development of strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates
  • Experience working inside an iGaming B2C operator is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pick up internal systems quickly, focused on detail and a multitasker with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively to a wide range of partners and stakeholders
  • Proven competence in negotiating and strategic thinking
