Accounts Business Partner - Reed Education, Hammersmith

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Hammersmith (please note that we offer hybrid working, so you can split your time between home and office)

The key purpose of the Accounts Business Partner role within Reed is to manage the delivery of operational requirements for specific accounts and generate income for the office through role fulfilment.

You will be working in a fast paced, supportive environment to help schools secure the staff they need. A generous bonus is available plus opportunity for career development and growth within the team.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with our existing clients to build relationships and service the clients needs
  • Regular service reviews with the clients
  • Leading the client facing sales approach
  • Sourcing candidates for roles with our clients
  • Using social media to attract candidates

You will be;

  • Experienced in delivering high quality service to stakeholders
  • Able to build strong, reliable and trusting working relationships
  • Able to work towards KPIs and service requirements to a high standard
