Delivery Consultant - Twickenham

At Network Talent, we partner with some of the most exciting brands across the technology space to build high-performing sales teams across the UK, EMEA & US. Founded in 2021, we’ve had an outstanding first few years and are now looking to bring on a Delivery Consultant to take us to the next level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage online job advertisements for Network Talent; create posting schedules, tracking daily and managing candidate pipeline effectively
- Write effective & creative job advertisements for all live vacancies
- Source sales talent for a range of fast-growth SaaS & tech organisations globally
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and job requirements
- Register & interview candidates looking for new job opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company's CRM
- Complete additional sales & recruitment administration tasks such as data entry
- Help build our company brand via social media channels
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry knowledge to provide valuable insights
The Successful Candidate
- Driven & hard-working; able to embrace having difficult conversations, overcoming setbacks and objections
- Strong relationship building skills
- Team player; work collaboratively to achieve success
- Commutable to Twickenham, London
Package
- Up to £25,000 basic salary
- OTE £40,000 (uncapped)
- 12-week training / onboarding programme with continuous learning & development opportunities thereafter
