We are looking for an Account Director to join our Consumer team in London on a 12-month FTC maternity cover role. This person will be an ambitious and confident self-starter who will take the lead in strategy and campaign execution. You might be highly adaptable and flexible with changing plans and could thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

As an Account Director, you’ll be instrumental in leading campaigns and projects to a high level. A key part of your role will include attending meetings with stakeholders to provide strategic earned counsel, as well as crafting well-thought-out communication proposals and toolkits.

  • Campaign Planning & Strategy-First Thinking – Ability to pull together creative and innovative communication strategies and toolkits to drive meaningful results to meet client objectives
  • Campaign Execution – Proven ability to lead and manage projects to deadline with successful outputs
  • Media Relations – Strong media relationships and knowledge of the media landscape to drive creative storytelling
  • Client Relationships - Trusted day to day client partner across the whole account, establishing yourself as the go-to person to offer earned counsel
  • Integrated working – Able to work at an integrated level with other agencies and markets
  • Quality Standards - A champion for attaining the highest possible professional standards, with impeccable attention-to-detail
  • People & Team Development - Appropriate time and resource is invested in the development of team members, coaching and mentoring them to become high performing individuals
  • Commercial Awareness - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the capacity planning, forecasting, OOPs tracking and monthly billing cycles on client accounts and use knowledge to help maintain profitability
  • Line Management - Effective line management motivates, supports and develops team members to deliver client results
  • Agency Development - Contribution is made to the day-to-day management of the business through representation on the appropriate teams and forums
