Due to their continued success, an award winning healthcare advertising agency is recruiting for an Account Director to join their team in central London.

As part of an integrated full service offering with global reach, this respected agency is known for their expertise in brand strategy and multichannel marketing. They develop full spectrum creative campaigns for big pharma, and their work includes brand launches, internal communications and disease awareness campaigns.
Their talented team have grown steadily over the last couple of years with the addition of some brilliant creatives, writers, and strategists.
As Account Director you will provide leadership for clients, help to develop the creative and strategic direction of accounts, and motivate and manage junior team members. You’ll be involved in new business activities, identify opportunities, and play a key role in pitches.

Requirements
- Strong healthcare advertising agency background (ideally to AD level) with experience working on multichannel, Rx campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, client facing and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Passion for developing outstanding creative work.
