The Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving growth and building strong client relationships within Kantar Profiles.

The Account Executive plays a crucial role as the primary liaison for Kantar Profiles’ UK clients, handling requests for research project quotes. The role involves efficiently handling incoming inquiries, assessing project feasibility through collaboration with clients and internal teams, and supporting the delivery of high-quality and timely proposals to Kantar Profiles' clients.

What You'll Do...

  • Handle and promptly respond to incoming client enquiries via telephone, video call and email.
  • Conduct comprehensive project feasibility assessments, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and advising them on sample availability based on the team’s delivery capabilities.
  • Engage with vendors/panel-partners, skilfully negotiating pricing, and effectively communicating the team’s needs.
  • Prepare accurate and timely pricing proposals for clients, ensuring clarity and thoroughness.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external contacts to ensure seamless proposal preparation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure proposals align accurately with project feasibility, timelines, and pricing.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure that proposals meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Actively participate in formal client briefings and provide valuable input during internal project launch meetings.

What You'll Bring...

As an integral part of the team, your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and client satisfaction.

  • Some experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably within the market research industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and internal team members.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including MS Excel
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric mindset, understanding client requirements, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
