Digital Marketing Account Executive

About you:

As a Junior Account Manager you will provide reactive and proactive support and assist the Account Manager in managing each of their client’s requirements on a day-to-day basis. You will understand the client’s priorities, timelines and campaign plans in order to prioritise workload to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns, reports etc. You will have a good understanding of the client’s overall data structure and the associated automated CRM campaigns which are employed.

Day-to-day, you will:

  1. Building and scheduling multi-channel campaigns; segmenting the data, creating target audiences, uploading copy and images and working with clients to ensure best practice is adhered to.
  2. Running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly reports.
  3. Administrative duties such as submitting and monitoring tasks in our task management system, time-tracking, taking summary meeting notes, highlighting action points, next steps and distributing accordingly.
  4. Validating tasks and projects before delivering them to the client, whilst ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept informed of progress.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  1. Experience of using email platforms, social media management platforms, CRM systems and review sites.
  2. A working knowledge of Excel and being comfortable working with numbers is important as data is at the heart of what we do!
  3. Experience of creating and managing briefs.
  4. Strong organisational skills.
