What you’ll be doing

  • Initially as a 12 month contract with the possibility of an extension, you will work with the Account Director to:
  • Manage the administration and content of all owned channels including website, social media channels and community groups
  • Maintain all membership documentation, including updating and tracking relevant information using HubSpot
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations as required
  • Research into a wide variety of subject areas to contribute ideas and data to ongoing projects
  • Organising and taking notes and actions from meetings
  • Deliver work to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Develop an understanding of all areas of the company

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

  • Experience in an administration, project management, marketing or operations role
  • Industry experience having worked within an advertising agency, media agency, media owner, publisher, social publisher, technology or PR/ comms agency
  • Experience creating engaging social media content
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Motivated by a passion for diversity, inclusion, sustainability, equality, and ethical practice
  • Care about company culture and see your own responsibility in creating a positive work environment
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • HubSpot experience is highly preferred

This is a hybrid working role, which will entail working in the London office 1-2 days per week.
