Its studio enables users to build, publish, and manage interactive experiences at scale without coding skills. Odicci's platform includes interactive product finders, quizzes, personality tests, reveal marketing, instant wins, games, contests, refer-a-friend, and more.


Role

Odicci is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth. This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and prospecting new leads. They will work closely with the Odicci team to develop and execute sales strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of SaaS, marketing, and e-commerce industries
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to travel (when necessary)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in Martech required


Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience as a BDR in a Saas company with 1+ years closing experience
  • Successful engagement with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
  • Proven ability in managing sales cycles in enterprise markets 
  • Effective in getting meetings with target customers
  • Proficient with leading sales tools such as Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, procurement and contract teams, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • Proven ability to influence & drive cross-departmental strategy and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excels leading in-person meetings and web-based demos
  • Process and solution oriented with a customer mindset and ability to challenge the status quo in order to uncover and prove out multiple land and expand use cases
  • BA or BS degree (preferred) or higher from an accredited university
