AlphaVictor is a SaaS platform that has been developed to enhance the user experience and interaction with tech. The platform helps organisations support, manage and document their tech at scale.


About the role:

We are looking for someone who will learn our product inside out, demo it to prospects, talk to existing clients, and help manage and develop our distribution networks. Gathering feedback and shaping the product's development will also play a crucial part of the role as we scale.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:

  • Conduct product demonstrations directly with end users and integrator partners, showcasing the platform’s features.
  • Effectively manage and develop the sales pipeline for AlphaVictor opportunities using the company CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Negotiate and structure competitive commercial agreements that align with company goals and client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and create new partnerships through networking activities and strategic initiatives.


Marketing Collaboration:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral to support partners in generating new business opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop case studies from both new and existing clients, actively seeking referrals and introductions.


Product Expertise & Development:

  • Become an expert in all features and functions of the AlphaVictor platform to demonstrate and discuss its benefits with clients and partners effectively.
  • Work with the team to contribute to developing future product releases aimed at enhancing the platform’s offering and increasing market demand.


Customer Success:

  • Partner with the delivery team to ensure clients are successfully onboarded and go live smoothly, with a dedicated project manager assigned to each project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from clients post-implementation to continuously enhance their experience and our product offerings.


Key Qualifications:


Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a B2B environment with exposure to leveraging marketing initiatives to support BD.
  • Strong understanding of Azure & cloud technology.
  • Experience working in startup or scaling companies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in generating new business through strategic connections and initiatives.


Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product requirements and business strategy to a technical and non-technical audience and influence effectively in both spoken and written form.
  • Strong personal work ethic and good time management skills.
