Job Title: Account Executive, Enterprise (Remote)

Package: £75,000 - £90,000 basic / £130,000 - £140,000 OTE

Selling: FinTech SaaS solution

Why: Series B looking to scale quickly with a number of top names already on board

The company are a leading FinTech organisation, with recent awards from Deloitte and recognised as one of the fastest growing FinTechs in the UK. Their technology solves issues around KYC/AML, Compliance and Risk. Following recent investment the company are about to enter their next phase of rapid growth and are looking for a Sales Professional.

As they are scaling significantly this role is a new business position selling in to large private and public sector customers. You will need to have proven experience of selling high AOV SaaS solutions in to C-Level decision makers. Any experience around KYC/AML, HCM/HR solutions, FinTech SaaS, Legal, Onboarding would be highly beneficial due to the nature of the conversation you will be having.

This is a fully remote role and the business have a remote first mindset. The benefits package is extremely strong and the company give their staff quarterly development days and a dedicated annual personal learning budget that has to be used!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the private and public sector. Building long-term client relationships that deliver a service which is second to none, to drive revenue and growth
  • Become the go to expert in their field and immerse yourself in the industry. Strong understanding of legal and compliance industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones with government agencies and public sector organizations.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of their SaaS solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and addressing the specific needs of public sector clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, be involved in the bid and tender process and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client experience.
  • Stay informed about public sector market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on selling SaaS solutions ideally in to enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong network of contacts within the public sector and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes and regulatory requirements related to financial technology.
