The agency is growing and we're currently looking for an Account Executive to join us.

Taking up the role as Account Executive, you will help support the Client Services team in managing a key element of processing some of the agency's biggest (and smallest!) projects through approval systems as well as managing influencer portals, asset management and more!


Our clients rely on us to be thorough so we need a detail-oriented and ready to hit the ground running individual to help support us in this. You’ll have the opportunity to own this particular area of the business and be our go to person!


As an Account Executive:


You’ll have a keen interest in the world of marketing, and will quickly begin to manage and own key processes in the business to support the Client Services team in delivering various campaigns and projects.


You’ll be integral in the overall delivery process - being the gatekeeper to us getting the green light for many projects. 


We want someone who is keen to get under the skin of the brands they are working with, understanding their process and what makes their consumers tick.


Ability to manage and keep track of multiple projects and moving parts at one time is key. You need to  love a challenge and be someone who is keen to work directly with the senior people of the company – there’s no hiding here!


In addition, you’ll need:


  • Experience of working within an agency environment
  • Experience of supporting a team who may all need you at once!
  • To have the confidence to challenge your team where necessary and provide guidance as you begin to own the process
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • To be able to prioritise and understand the requirements of your team


Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting the Client Service team in project delivery on a daily basis
  • Creating and managing project timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all projects
  • Writing design briefs and managing amends through the design process for projects deemed suitable for your level
  • Closely reviewing all work before it leaves the agency to ensure accuracy
  • Effectively managing account reporting i.e writing status reports agendas and contact reports
  • Creating and managing small budgets
  • Managing the review/approval process for our client’s projects using their internal platform
  • Daily management of influencer portal and community management of social channels - flagging any content that is off brand or inappropriate
  • Owning asset trackers and keeping it meticulously up to date at all times
  • Taking ongoing internal training courses, staying up to date on all areas and applying the knowledge to your daily tasks


Requirements


  • Educated at degree level
  • 1 years experience working in a marketing role 
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment would be helpful but not necessary
  • Previous experience working on with an influencer platform would be helpful but not necessary (note this will only form a portion of the role and we are not an influencer agency)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Excellent project management skills - you will work on multiple projects/assets at once
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to be meticulous and thorough 
  • Proficient across social media channels
