Are You the Account Manager We’re Looking For?

Experience:

  • Proven experience in mining local businesses for new opportunities.
  • Strong background in facilities management or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with planned preventative maintenance.
  • Familiarity with ‘hard’ facilities management, air conditioning systems, and commercial gas.

What Will You Be Doing as an Account Manager?

  • Account Management: Oversee a selection of tier 1 and tier 2 accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Dedicate 50% of your role to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition: Bring in significant accounts, aiming for 4-5 large accounts or 8-10 smaller accounts annually.
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and enhance market presence.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
