Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a portfolio of major accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Identify and improve low net earning accounts to enhance profitability.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing retention, growth, contract compliance, and pricing negotiations.
Collaborate with Customer Services to ensure seamless communication and resolution of administrative tasks.
Work closely with the Operations team to create innovative solutions that reduce client churn.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Conduct site audits for both major and SME accounts.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of services by coordinating with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer support).
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the waste management sector.
Requirements:
