Account Manager – Digital

Permanent, UK, London

Hybrid Working

InterQuest are partnering a well-known Digital training company and we are looking for a B2B Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Our client is an award-winning company and partner some of the world’s largest companies.

As an experienced B2B Account Manager you will be required to manage an existing client portfolio as well as winning new business through warm leads. The ideal candidate will need to have experience working in fast paced environment and have some experience working with CRM’s. (Salesforce preference)

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek and close new opportunities for future sales
  • Diarise meetings with new and existing clients.
  • Seek post-event feedback from stakeholders and communicate ideas for improvement
  • Research and target potential customers and initiate contact with them
  • Prepare cost models for all opportunities ensuring profit is maximised
  • Maintain records relating to opportunities
  • Oversee event administration ensuring first class service delivery
  • Brief course tutors on the clients’ and TTT’s requirements
  • Regularly update sales forecast and ensure accuracy
  • Proactively build relationships with ‘business to close’ clients and secure confirmation of order

Experience Required

  • A colleague who can bring a consultative approach and expand newly developed accounts
  • Clear and professional telephone manner
  • Proactive and professional approach
  • Able to write sales proposals
  • Confident outward manner and has the gravitas to hold meetings with key decision makers in client businesses
  • Able to prioritise work to meet multiple deadlines and self-motivated
  • At least 3-4 years proven B2B sales experience
