Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency (eCom)

London (Hybrid)

£32,000 - £38,000

We are working with a scaling Digital Marketing Agency in London to help them hire for an Account Manager. They are a Brand & Performance Marketing Agency designed to transform retailers into eCom leaders. They have an amazing portfolio of clients and are backed by the technology and support of a leading European digital agency.


Your role will be a 50:50% split of Client Strategy & Affiliate Marketing - You will have experience of strategically managing clients across multiple channels (SEO, Paid Advertising, Brand) as well as having exposure to Affiliates and being able to execute on this. You will have network and publisher knowledge and experience working across traditional affiliates as well as Influencer and Brand Ambassador programmes.


About the Role:

  • Lead as the main POC for 4-6 clients.
  • Project Management - coordinate internal teams and external partners & clients.
  • Work strategically with your clients to understand their goals & objectives.
  • Present and report back to clients and internal teams.
  • Produce weekly insights, monthly reports and quarterly reviews, using Google Analytics, to measure performance.
  • Hands on in Affiliate platforms (Rakuten, AWIN etc.) for 2-3 affiliate clients.
  • Publisher recruitment, relationship building, uploading new creatives etc.
  • Define the publisher mix & commission strategies based on individual client goals and objectives.


About You:

  • 2-4 years working in a digital marketing role, with some exposure to Affiliates
  • Previous experience working in a client-side or agency marketing role
  • Strong relationship building and client management skills
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across multiple channels including Paid Ads & Brand
  • Hands on in Affiliate Marketing
  • Experience working with Influencers and Brand Ambassadors
