The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is a thrilling opportunity to become a part of our expanding global team, focusing on nurturing existing business relationships and developing new ones. As the primary point of contact for our clientele, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving sales growth.

In this role you’ll get to

  • Manage key distributors in the region, supporting their growth in their market across physical and digital channels.
  • Assist these accounts in market meetings, retailer sell-ins, and new business pitches through data analysis, range refinement, and best practice sharing.
  • Own the delivery of yearly targets linked to these markets, pro-actively seeking opportunities for product-sell in, but importantly an obsession with their in-market sell out.
  • Lead forecasting for each market, alongside demand planning, to drive ongoing improvements in accuracy and fulfillment rates.
  • Foster team collaboration and productivity through a proactive and positive attitude, ensuring effective communication between teams.
  • Generate and present monthly reports and updates, including sales performance against budget, to the Head of Retail in monthly meetings.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of key accounts, address issues promptly, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Pitch innovative ideas to key accounts, collaborate with the Marketing team for support, and adapt strategies to respond to market changes.
  • Organize and attend meetings with key accounts to present new product developments, review sales plans, and identify new business opportunities within the region.
  • Ensure all client accounts receive timely and consistent service, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to tailor strategies.

What we are looking for in you

  • Proven experience in Account Management, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
  • Experience managing distribution accounts is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in driving business on Tmall, JD, Amazon, etc. a plus, but not essential.
  • Ability to work at pace in a growing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Results-focused with a drive to achieve targets and overcome obstacles.
  • Strong communicator capable of sharing objectives and outcomes effectively.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to identify and exploit opportunities.
  • Collaborative team player willing to work towards common goals.
