Moving to Camden in summer 2024.We are now recruiting for a new Account Manager within our Footwear team based in London. This role will support and work alongside the Senior Account Manager.About the CompanyWe are LF Fashion, part of Li & Fung, a world leader in the design, development and sourcing of consumer goods. Li & Fung has more than 115 years of supply chain expertise, covering everything from product design and production management to quality control and shipping.We're a global group encompassing many sectors of the retail market but what makes us unique is that we work As One.About the RoleThe Account Manager is a varied role and will support in all areas, including sales and building and developing exciting footwear ranges with our fantastic inhouse design team. This role will also liaise with our suppliers and offshore offices whilst working closely with our key customers.The Account Manager will also oversee and monitor the critical path, monitor shipping, factor production and ensure the customer production flow is accurate, updated and stock deliveries are achieved. We are looking for an Account Manager who:• Is ideally experienced in Footwear and the fashion industry• An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels• Previous experience in a similar position, or buying/merchandising background, part of this role is category management/negotiation/working with designers to build commercial ranges.• To ensure the constant development of new product ranges which gives continuity to the business requirements and satisfies the customer needs.• To be aware at all times of the customer's overall business requirements and plans to maximise any opportunities to gain further business.• Contribute to the success of the business by promoting an atmosphere of trust, fairness, cooperation, and team work. Follow up of critical path from all sourcing countries• Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment and liaising with the Far East & India.• Helping support tech on fitting and sealing process.• Part of a great supportive team, looking for a team player.• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)• Driven and results orientated• Proactive, positive and solutions focused• Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business or retailAbout the Recruitment Process:If this is a role you are interested in or if you believe this role could be a good match for you, we would love to hear from you.• The interview process will consist of two interviews:• Initial interview, with the hiring manager and a member of the HR team• Second interview, in person, with the hiring manager and team Please note, we are not working with any recruitment agencies at this time.
