The Internal Account Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts the needs of their advertiser and CSM team first.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with their internal CSM, AdOps and Analytics teams to ensure flawless execution of our campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical and project management skills and a passion for marketing and technology, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

About the Position Reports to, VP Client Success, and you will be responsible for supporting the client success team with briefing in and optimising client campaigns.

This business offers an exciting environment in which processes rarely remain stagnant and improvements always need to be tweaked at a bare minimum.

Responsibilities

● Act as the main lead for briefing in campaigns to the Advertiser Operations team

● Liaise with clients to source creative assets

● Deliver weekly campaign reports to clients and suggest budget optimisation recommendations to internal teams

● Assist internal teams with investigating and resolving mid-flight and post campaign issues

● Monitor campaigns and ensure delivery against client and business objectives

● Collaborate with internal teams to improve our briefing processes, drive efficiencies and grow business.

● Gain a deep understanding of their campaign technology, data, and unique value proposition in the marketplace and make recommendations on how to improve and speed up client onboarding ● Ability to create compelling data-backed storytelling and recommendations, turning data into actionable insights that inform strategies in partnership with Partner Leads and cross functional teams

● Provide ongoing training and support to new Client Success Managers to maximize their performance Minimum Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in project or program management account management or media execution

● Managing paid media campaigns using industry leading advertising technology and campaign management systems

● Working cross-functionally to interface with both sales focused and technical roles within an organization Preferred Qualifications

● Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce and other relevant tools

● Previous experience in a media or technology company

Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office.
