I am partnered with my client, a global healthcare agency who are committed to making the world a healthier place through trans-formative change.

This position sits within the integrated Medical Education team with the opportunity to collaborate with the advertising team to leverage creative capabilities and drive the best outcomes for both patients and HCPs.

You will play a crucial role as the main point of contact for clients on a daily basis, overseeing relationships and managing their expectations from the agency, particularly focusing on more extensive and intricate projects. Your responsibility will include keeping colleagues informed and ensuring efficient delivery of work.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee large projects being accountable for the whole project from start to finish
  • Confidently formulate objectives and strategies for new client work with support from your account lead, ensuring that programme strategy is pulled through
  • Identify areas for growth (evolving existing programmes and/or additional tactics) and confidently sell new ideas in with your team and client
  • Play a key part in the new business process including the production of credentials and pitch presentations, coordinating and managing team members and external suppliers.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Support with financial management, including forecasting and resourcing


Key skills

  • Experience within a healthcare communications agency
  • Bachelors degree in a Scientific subject or equivalent experience is essential
  • Must have Medical Education experience; integrated experience preferred.
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Must be highly organised, mindful of deadlines and budgets, able to multi-task and work under limited supervision
