You will serve as the primary point of contact for our retail clients, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor on all things related to point-of-sale solutions. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail clients by understanding their business needs and becoming a trusted partner. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of point-of-sale solutions, maximizing revenue potential. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and production staff, to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations. Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing valuable insights to the management team. Attend industry conferences and events to represent our company and network with potential clients and partners. Stay informed about the latest advancements in point-of-sale technology, ensuring you are up-to-date on industry best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Retail point-of-sale Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the retail industry. A strong understanding of the retail landscape and the challenges and opportunities faced by retailers. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels. A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively to overcome challenges. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and a good understanding of sales processes and techniques. A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
