    We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can look after both the big picture and the tiny details of managing large corporate and sustainability reporting projects.

    You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, has excellent organisational skills and gets a real thrill when the things are planned out, on time and within scope!

    You will be the one who stays calm under pressure, and can see the end project goal while tackling everyday tasks with common sense and a level-headed approach.

    The team and work you’ll lead:

    You will be part of our specialist reporting client management team, who are delivering large scale integrated and annual report suites as well as dedicated sustainability reports. Your clients will include large international companies with a focus on the US.

    In your day to day you will be the main client point of contact, leading the project and working alongside the in-house design, production, consultancy and digital teams.

    What’s expected from the role as a whole:

    • Serve as a central figure in client accounts, coordinating with Design, Production, Consultancy and Digital, where needed, and setting up teams for success.
    • Ensure high-quality project management using effective tools and processes.
    • Provide exceptional client service—be responsive, proactive, and professional. Manage client inputs and expectations and navigate difficult conversations confidently.
    • Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, prioritise workstreams, identify potential issues early, and keep everything on track.
    • Manage project finances, including budget estimates, forecasting, change requests, and budget reconciliations.
    • Identify and address scope creep with appropriate actions.
    • Participate in internal financial reporting and contribute to all project-related administration and organisation around key milestones.
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality of all project outputs – externally and internally, including documentation, proofs, and communications.
      • Proven experience in client service and project management within reporting, sustainability or corporate communications – agency or client side
      • Experience of planning and managing end-to-end projects with integrated project teams including consultancy, design and specialist inputs
      • Experience of integrated project delivery such as print, digital, reporting and comms
      • Excellent writing, editing, proof reading skills
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
