£280 - £320 PAYE (holiday included in figure)
3-6 months assignment - public sector experience required
• Payroll forecasts
• Cost centre reconciliations – downloading transactions, reviewing purchase orders, identifying trends and forecasting
• Forecasts for payments to schools based on data that has gone through the general ledger
• Updating trackers from weekly invoices and forecasting
• Journals – correcting miscoding’s etc.
• Virements for budget movements
• Reconciliations
• Assist with other budget monitoring prep/forecasts
• Update workings for loss of fees and charges income relating to grant claims.
• Budget monitoring - budget v actuals
37 hours per week, predominately based working from home.
