ENGAGEMENT MANAGER/DEPLOYMENT LEAD HYBRID - LONDON £100,000 - £120,000 We are working with an innovative technology firm dedicated to transforming the investment landscape. They use Machine Learning and Generative AI to assist investment firms, such as Private Equity firms and Investment Banks, in two critical areas: identifying potential acquisition targets and unlocking value within portfolio companies. ROLE: Lead and manage day-to-day projects - Steer a multidisciplinary team deployed within portfolio companies. Coordinate data scientists, engineers, designers, and developers to drive significant business performance improvements. Serve as the critical bridge between technical experts and business leaders, ensuring project alignment with financial and operational goals. Manage the "WHAT" (impact and outcomes), while Senior Data Scientists and Engineers handle the "HOW" (technical solutions). REQUIREMENTS: Strong academic background (MSc in STEM fields preferred). Several years of experience in consulting, with a focus on the commercial side of technical work. Previous roles in Engagement/Analytics/Product Management at technology firms or analytics consulting firms.
