A global leader in strategic communications, trusted advisers to boards, senior executives and legal counsel of many of the world's most successful companies are recruiting for an Accounts Payable to join their Finance team based in London.
They are a communication consultancy operating in the main business hubs around the world. To help grow in London, they are looking for Account Payable Assistant to provide an exceptional service to high profile clients.
Requirements:
- 3 years accounts payable experience
- Studying towards an accounting qualification
- Working hours are 8.30am to 6pm. This position may sometimes require working late nights and early mornings but we do not have a culture of working unnecessary long hours.
Day to day:
- Responsible for various regions - UK, Asia
- Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers on Vendor Invoicing.
- Complete expenses payment check aligned with company policy.
- Experienced in AP invoice processing.
- Preferred NetSuite experience or another Oracle system.
- Has the confidence to reject any that do not comply with company policy.
- Can complete reconciliations as and when required.
- Analyse data required and communicated findings internally.Processing of 200-300 invoices per month.
