Currently around 500 employees strong, they have seen continuous growth so now is a fantastic time to join the team to become part of something exciting!Job DescriptionWork closely with the AR team to implement first-class billing processes.Acting as a gatekeeper for all B2C and B2B orders.Process daily and monthly contract invoicing accurately.Assist with month-end tasks, including contract reporting and monthly revenue.Ensure that correct process is followed for contract changes, renewals and terminations.Respond to customers professionally from multiple mailboxes and within agreed SLA.Manage Direct Debit process, and rectify any failures within the same month.Carry out credit control tasks to ensure invoices are paid on-time over telephone and email.Make and send out statements for customers and carry out account reconciliation.Raise credit notes following compensation approvals.Assist and rectify customer queries and resolve any disputes by working across teams.Carry out daily bank reconciliation with a high level of attention-to-detail.Ensure payments are posted correctly and allocated to the right invoice each day.The Successful ApplicantA successful AR Specialist should have:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleExperience in subscription-based revenueGood Excel skills i.e. pivot tables and vlookupsExperience using Salesforce is desirableHigh level of attention-to-detailGood communication skillsKPI-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on OfferVery flexible hybrid working pattern - 1 to 2 days a week in the officeFriendly work environment and modern office spaceGreat location - office based in the heart of the City of LondonOther excellent company benefits including 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays!This is a fantastic opportunity for an AR Specialist to progress their career in the Telecoms industry.
