Job Description

  • Leading the Accounting & Finance team to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Delivering professional services to a diverse client base.
  • Supervising the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Overseeing financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and ethics within the accounting industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Semi Senior should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting or a related field.
  • Be at AAT Level 4 or progressing through ACCA
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preparing year-end financial statements for a wide range of clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Supporting the Seniors and Client Managers across the wider business.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
