As part of VINCI Energies, Actemium Design UK is part of a global engineering organisation helping our customers to navigate the digital and energy revolution.We are looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to take responsibility for the complete recruitment lifecycle for Actemium Design UK, including delivering an end-to-end recruitment service using best practice methods, whilst continuing to improve staff attraction strategies and continue to drive costs down. Key Objectives:Ensure the recruitment strategy delivers an efficient and professional service, with demonstrable and measurable results, to meet the Company’s needs at minimum cost.Develop and reinforce the employment brand, establishing and managing the internal recruitment service for both internal and external recruitment and building a range of assessment tools to help identify the best skills and behaviours.Champion the recruitment process and ensure that all recruitment activities are planned, executed, and consistently delivered to the highest standards.Build and maintain a talent pipeline in line with the business unit requirements.Assure compliance with legal and company recruitment policies and procedures and ensure the Company is protected against risk.Work closely with the HR Manager to formulate and action a strategy targeting apprentice, internship, and graduate routes. Technical Skills and Experience:Experienced and innovative recruiter, with strong skills in candidate attraction and a proven record of hiring via direct contact, for example search led recruitment process, Linked In etc.Previous experience in a recruitment role (preferably in house) or experience working for a recruitment agency or experience in an engineering/ project management setting is an advantageFull and varied experience, from high volume to specialist roles including technical recruitment experienceTrack record of successfully managing recruitment campaigns, conducting senior level assessments, recruitment experience gained in a fast-paced environment, innovative approach to recruitment methodologyExcellent IT and keyboard skills with a sound working knowledge of all MS Office applicationsExcellent knowledge of current employment law (particularly surrounding recruitment)Genuine interest in recruitment and selection methods, best practice and improvement initiativesExperience managing sometimes difficult customer expectations and demands in changing situationsExperience of managing multiple vacancies through multiple attraction channels with multiple stakeholdersWell developed competency and behavioural based interviewing techniqueExperience of creating role definitions and person specifications in line with role competenciesExperience managing the performance of agency suppliersGood understanding of the recruitment market, including on-line tools and market trends.The ability to remain confidentialHigh personal standards with excellent attention to detail and presentation of workExcellent organisation and time management skills, able to plan ahead and anticipate requirementsAn effective communicator with the confidence, influence and interpersonal skills to build productive working relationshipsSelf-starting, able to work on own initiative and prioritise a wide variety of tasks (this role will initially operate as a team of one but in close alignment with the HR team and with the opportunity to network with internal recruiters from other Group businesses)Ability to take ownership of issues and see through to resolution whilst understanding when to escalate if requiredA strong team player, committed to supporting the team when necessary Analytical thinking and problem solving at a detailed levelExcellent listening and questioning skills together with an ability to influence and negotiate Entité Part of the VINCI Energies Group, Actemium provide engineering design, project management, installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical and IT services in the United Kingdom since 1907.In addition, we provide specialist maintenance operations, fully complemented with accredited safety tests and inspection services to optimise the operational efficiency and safety of our client's equipment and systems.
