Compliance Auditor Sheffield Office-Based with Flexible 1-Day WFH Option £30,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) 25 days holiday + bank Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) | Part-Time Considered (Minimum 30 hours/week) We are currently recruiting for a leading trainer provider in their search for a Compliance Auditor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a dedicated compliance team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Compliance Auditor who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a thriving business. Lead external audits and coordinate with funding partners to ensure full compliance. Create and deliver training programs related to new funding paperwork and compliance processes. Support continuous improvement by training internal staff on compliance requirements. Ensure all funding and compliance paperwork is up to date and aligned with contract requirements. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant funding regulations. Collaborate with operational staff, subcontractors, and external partners to drive compliance efforts. Manage ad hoc projects as directed by the Admin & Compliance Manager. At least 2 years of experience in funding audits, compliance, and data analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
