Administration Assistant | £23,796 Fixed Term Contract until March 2025 A little bit about us We are a tech business that bundle household bills into one fixed monthly payment. Team overview As well as being responsible for managing the company's finances and handling commercial agreements with new and existing partner companies, the Commercial teams at One Utility Bill focus on back-office operational work. Being responsible for reconciling all closed packages Creating reconciliation statements for our customers Contacting utility suppliers to resolve billing issues Auditing live packages identifying issues and financial risks Carrying out research on our competitors and completing analysis on pricing Identifying customer and supplier payments Investigating banking transactions What you’ll be doin g We need to add some extra fire power to our team over the next six months to help us get through a lot of reconciliation work before our first ever external audit (the company has grown so big now, we need to have one!). Working in our Commercial and Finance departments, you’ll provide back-end day-to-day support to our Operations and Customer Support teams. In this varied role, you will; Fully reconcile packages that have ended & create a final balance statement which will be shared with the tenants.
