Opportunity ~ Administration Assistant. ~ Monday - Friday. ~ Sheffield. ~£22,000 – £26,000 depending on experience. ~22 days holiday + Bank holidays. The Remarketing Administrator role has become available in an exciting area of the business. You have the chance to join a busy team with plenty of exposure across the wider business. You'll be doing this: Contacting and speaking to customers Terminating contracts on the system Invoicing vehicle Damage and Re-charges Quoting for Early Termination of Contracts Quoting End of Contract Pricing Arranging Vehicle movements and collections Liaising with the Auctions and Invoicing and collating documents and paperwork for sold vehicles Road Fund Licence refunds And you’ll need this: Full UK License. Being IT Literate will certainly be useful for you to learn the systems. Preferably administrative experience and some knowledge of the Automotive space but not essential.
