Are you a forward-thinking and process-driven graduate with an interest in investment management? We are seeking a highly motivated and driven graduate to join a leading asset management firm. Working in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment, this is a critical role that supports the Chief Investment Officer with calendar and travel management and implementation of administrative solutions across the team. You must be dynamic and confident in your ability to work proactively, exercise a high level of common sense, and be able to comfortably manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful execution of various operational initiatives, including projects, and marketing initiatives. Make travel arrangements (domestic & international), including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, car service, etc for the CIO and team on a need basis. Work alongside the Receptionist/Office Administrator to coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, client and networking event coordination, and front-of-house when needed. Working closely with the Finance and HR leads on ad hoc projects, including onboarding new starters, H&S and offsite planning. Liaise with the Singapore office to ensure synchronisation of process and procedure. Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing service/product delivery and client service quality. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards contributing ideas and continuous operational improvement for the CIO and London office. A recent university graduate with at least 1 – 2 years’ work experience within an investment management or consulting firm.
