Administration Assistant to the Director of Operations

This is a full time, office-based role located at the Britannia Hotels head office in Hale, Cheshire. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work for our Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule virtual meetings and coordinate site visits.
  • Gather and compile information for reports.
  • Handle private and confidential correspondence with discretion.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.

The ideal candidate

  • Ideally, you have a background in hospitality, though it's not essential.
  • Strong excel skills together with a good knowledge of word and outlook.
  • A “can do” attitude is an essential attribute.
  • A flexible approach to working hours; while this role is primarily office-based, occasional travel to our hotels may be required.
  • Excellent organisational skills, a task-driven mindset, and experience working to deadlines.
